Kicker boys Finalists in Simi Valley Spring Cup

Congratulations to our BU11 team and our BU15 team for an oustanding showing in our 2012 Simi Valley Spring. Our BU11 played impressive soccer the first day of the tournament with a 5-0 win and then a 2-1 victory to end the day and earn a spot in the finals. After a tough second day, they came out in second place. We are very proud of their hard work and know that they will come out on top next year. Our BU15 team played up in the U16 bracket and proved what a strong team they are. They also advanced to the finals after two victories on opening day. The championship match was intense and ended in a 1-1 tie in regulation. After the double overtime period, the game ended with a 2-1 loss on a questionable goal. No matter the result, they played phenomenal all weekend and they should be as proud of themselves as their coaching staff is. Go KICKERS! 

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Our BU15 team traveled to Arizona this weekend to participate in the Stars & Stripes tournament in Phoenix and placed 2nd. They faced some of the top ranked teams in that state. We are so proud of you and thank you for representing our club so well.

Kickers Volunteers

For the second year in a row, our Kickers players and families volunteered at TopSoccer Fest. TopSoccer is a community based soccer program for young atheletes with physical and mental disabilities that provides a safe and fun environment for them to participate in organized sports. The day was filled with soccer games and activites and a chance to see the new friends that we had made last year. See our picture in the latest issue of Cal South Magazine and in our gallery.
